Born February 23, 1953 in the city of Kazan (Russia) as son of the senior lieutenant Ivan Krinichnyi and his wife Evgenija Krinichnaja. Married with Tatjana Krinichnaja; 2 daughters, Natalija and Ksenija. Recently cited in the Marquis `Who’s Who` and in the 26th Cambridge Dictionary of International Biography.
